OMES is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. This is an unclassified position in state government, located in Oklahoma City.  OMES offers a comprehensive Benefits Package, including a generous benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.  For more information about the benefit allowance [click here]. The annual salary for this position is up to $32,382.15. 

This position is responsible for the daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail for the agency and other state agency customers and uses state issued vehicles to cover three courier routes twice daily.

Position Responsibilities (*denotes essential function)
• Picks up, sorts and delivers interagency mail daily*
• Processes and meters USPS mail for state agency customers*
• Performs print bindery duties including bulk mail processing, inserting and collating*
• Operates delivery vehicle*

Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift and/or move parcels and mail trays weighing up to 45 lbs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driving license with satisfactory driving record
• At least one (1) year of customer service and mail processing experience.
