Job Description, essential functions:
Develops, manages, and oversees multiple operational functions of the Aging Services Medicaid Services Unit, including but not limited to quality assurance/improvement (provider audits, monitoring, and remediation) for the ADvantage Program and State Plan Personal Care services. Coordinates waiver performance measures and data collection and aggregation.
Job description, marginal functions:
Writes quality reports to be submitted to CMS and provides constant input to other departments in the Medicaid Services Unit.
Experience in auditing and quality assurance and process improvement activities.
