Major Work Duties:
Under administrative direction of the Executive Director, incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative oversight and supervision of the Social Services, Health Information Management and Performance Improvement Departments, as well as Risk Management duties.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Completion of a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or other behavioral sciences, nursing, public or business administration or related field AND five (5) years of professional experience in hospital administration or management.; management analysis; nursing; social work; risk management; or closely related area, or in a hospital or clinical facility substance use disorders or emergency, trauma or crisis services which must have included two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory or management capacity OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of qualifying experience for one (1) year of the required education.
No substitution will be allowed below the baccalaureate degree. The professional experience in Nursing requires a permanent OK Registered Nurse license.
Additional Factors for Consideration:
Requires the possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of appointment.
Willing to fulfill any job related travel normally associated with this position.
Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
