This position is located at Joint Force Headquarters-G6 section in Oklahoma City, OK.

Benefits

This is a full-time unclassified state position with full state retirement and insurance benefits, including health, dental, life, and disability insurance for the employee. The employee receives a benefit allowance to assist with insurance cost. Annual leave of 10 hours per month and sick leave of 10 hours per month begin accruing immediately.

Basic Purpose
The State Distributed Learning Classroom Administrator (SDLCA) provides field support services to the Distance Learning Classrooms (DLC). 

Essential Functions:
• Basic Troubleshooting of PC, Audio/Visual, and LAN hardware/software problems and reporting issues to the SDLTA (Technical Admin)
• Travel to DLC sites for maintenance, reporting, logging, and additional duties assigned by the SDLPA (Program Admin)
• Support IDT (Drill weekend) classroom events.  Must work one and possibly up to two weekends a month.
• Works alongside the SDLTOC (Training & Ops Coordinator) to determine Unit’s needs and training opportunities
• Capturing and reporting classroom utilization into DLRS-T
• Coordinates with site POCs as needed
• Inputs tickets into ticketing system
• Maintains key control
• Knowledge Management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
Preferred skills include but are not limited to: basic PC, Audio/Visual, & network support experience, self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, logistical knowledge of supply accountability, hand receipting procedures, cyclic and annual inventories, and use of IT service management systems.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED

Licenses/Certificates required:   Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds

• NACI security clearance and computer access (eligibility for national positions shall be granted only to persons who are U.S. citizens)

Notes
This position is located at Joint Force Headquarters-G6 section in Oklahoma City, OK. 

Travel may be required at the expense of the employee to be reimbursed within 45 days of travel.  Employment eligibility verified through e-Verify (Homeland Security), and national Agency.
