The Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is located in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 13 through 17.  CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma related conditions.

Responsibilities:
Children's Recovery Center is recruiting for an experienced Housekeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facility. Applicant must be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. This is the entry level of this job family where employees are assigned routine work involving sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of trash, and other simple cleaning duties.  Training will be provided in completing more advanced tasks, such as the disposal of restricted or environmentally hazardous materials.

Job Type/Salary:
Full-time (8 hour shifts) Day Shift $23,962 - $29,185 annually

BASIC PURPOSE

Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities involving the care and cleaning of a state institution, public building, or state lodge or in the supervision or management of employees performing these duties.

LEVEL DESCRIPTORS

The Housekeeping/Custodial Worker job family consists of four levels that are distinguished based on the duties assigned, the expertise required to perform assigned work, and the responsibility assigned for providing supervision to others.

Level II:                               
This is the career level of this job family where employees are assigned responsibilities involving the full performance of a variety of custodial and housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of trash, and other cleaning duties.  Some positions may also have responsibilities involving the disposal of hazardous materials or other restricted items. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Level II:                                
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of six months experience in building or institutional custodial work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
