Company Overview:
Come join a highly skilled multi-discipline team of professionals providing care to high risk individuals in a state of the art facility located in the heart of the metro area. In OCCIC’s appealing location, this up to date facility is a 16 bed crisis unit with an attached 15 chair Urgent Care Center (URC) which acts as the assessment hub for many crisis beds across the state. The URC provides up to 24 hours of crisis intervention and related services for individuals needing behavioral health services.

This position provides leadership and works within the Community Response Team (CRT). CRT is a team consisting of a Case Manager II, two Recovery Support Specialists, and a Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide follow-up, crisis intervention, maintain and build partnerships with community agencies, and referrals within the community. The goal is to reduce recidivism and bridge the gap between the crisis center and our community partners.

Qualifications:
Completion of curriculum requirements for a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or other behavioral science and three (3) years of professional experience in direct patient care of psychiatric and/or substance abuse clients with one (1) year of experience running a program (i.e. Supervising, managing the operations and budget) or professional behavioral health case management.

Preference will be given to those with a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance counseling, or a closely related field and those that are licensed or under supervision for licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, or similar license in the behavioral health field.

Salary: $43,250.00
