CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER – INFORMATION/CALL CENTER
Agency:   Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System 
Salary Range: $46,775 - $67,824 (commensurate with education and experience)

Typical Functions: 
Under the administrative direction of the Director of Client Services, the Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the agency’s Information/Call Center responsible for answering a large volume of calls and responding to a variety of questions and explaining retirement benefits by phone, email, correspondence and visitors.  Duties of the Client Services Manager include but are not limited to hiring, training, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating staff; maintaining an information database; developing and reporting metrics; writing and maintaining procedure manuals; researching, recommending and working with vendors on phone equipment; working with other managers; and participating in regional seminars including public speaking.

Education and Experience: 
A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in auditing or benefit eligibility determination or in a related specialty; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience for each year of the degree. Previous supervisory experience overseeing, or working within an information center environment preferred, but not required. Need strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and public speaking experience is preferred.
