Major Job Duties:
1. Assist in coordination and management of the ECLS Division's infrastructure and data/records
2. Assist in identifying new IT applications that meet the Division’s needs
3. Serve as backup liaison to OMES IT and IT vendors to ensure Division's needs are met
4. Develop skills for grant writing
5. Assist in the development and maintenance of divisional databases
6. Data entry:  produce tracking reports
7. Provide QA/QC of administrative data entry
8. Assist in the development and presentation of trainings and workshops
9. Assist in the development and updating of divisional procedures and policies related to infrastructure and data/records management

This position requires good customer service skills and be capable of effectively and politely communicating, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and customers. The employee must be self-motivated and exhibit positive responsiveness with assigned tasks and with newly identified projects that the agency/division deem necessary to meet program assignments, commitments, and directives.  The employee must be capable of working as a team member to meet and advance the overall Agency or Division goals.  Additionally, he/she will need to learn how to perform the tasks of other employees in order to serve in that capacity during the absences of those employees.  Newly identified projects may encompass working on an individual or team basis. Also, perform other duties and tasks as assigned to maintain program activities and commitments including good organizational and information technology skills and the ability to follow instruction from the Manager or designated representative.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years of technical clerical work or an equivalent combination of education and experience with one year to include experience in building or working with databases.

SALARY:
Commensurate with experience. Hiring Range: $1,461.53 - $1,730.76 Bi-weekly.
