Field Services Coordinator

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is currently seeking a Field Services Coordinator for the Systems of Care and Adolescent Services division at the Central Office located in Oklahoma City, OK.

This position will work with providers to plan and develop needed treatment services, provide and/or link with technical assistance, train and monitor programs to the local Systems of Care, Wraparound, Health Home and Substance Abuse providers. 

The incumbent will assure compliance with the Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services (DMHSAS) standards, contracts and best practice requirements ensuring high fidelity to the model as well as other applicable governing/codified standards in managing and delivering services in contracted programs. The position will be responsible for helping community Systems of Care project directors take over their own wraparound process coaching support with their staff.

Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health, Education Development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of additional qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

NOTE: No substitution for a Bachelor’s degree.

For some positions preference may be given to applicants who possess one of the following: Experience in Child Welfare Services. Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or similar license in a behavioral health field.
