Position is located at our Fort Supply Campus, in Fort Supply Oklahoma.
Primary Working Hours: 8am-5pm
Base Salary: $48,635.00
Major Work Duties:
Join our team of dedicated staff at Northwest Center for Behavioral Health. This position will review and document the planning, evaluation, and implementation of the facility's approach to designing, measuring, assessing, and improving performance and Quality Assurance. Directs outcome management through development and implementation of applicable policy and procedures; collecting and compiling data; identifying trends; and recommending programmatic changes. Participates in Utilization Management processes to review clinical documentation for appropriateness of admission, continued treatment, delivery of services and authorization of admission and continued care by third party payers. Performs other duties as assigned. Conduct special studies as identified by the organization’s leadership. Maintain files of reviews conducted for easy retrieval in electronic systems. Compile a monthly report to clinical leadership about activities and concerns identified through reviews. Oversees and coordinates Safety Programs and evaluations. Coordinates surveys by accrediting and certifying agencies with development of corrective action plans. Reviews, revises, and implements processes to insure compliance with nationally accepted credentialing and privileging practices and ODMHSAS policy and procedure.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Completion of the requirements for a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, and (3) years of professional managerial or administrative experience in a behavioral health care setting. or: Oklahoma licensure as a registered nurse and five (5) years administrative experience in a behavioral health care setting. or: an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting (1) additional year of qualifying experience for each year of required education.

Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
