Position Located Fort Supply, OK
Primary working hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Join our team of dedicated staff at Northwest Center for Behavioral Health. We are currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Clinician to provide direct clinical services to individuals with mental illness on an individual, group, and family basis in the office and in community settings. You will provide care management functions for individuals’ mental illness, including behavioral health issues and medical concerns. You will develop and implement comprehensive care plans, coordinate and monitor referrals for medical and behavioral health services, monitor members’ care and condition, participate in discharge planning, and conduct post-discharge follow-up.
As a Licensed Clinician you must be able to demonstrate that you received a master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or closely related field and currently are licensed as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, or similar license in the behavioral health field. As a Certified Case Manager you must be able to demonstrate that you have completed curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and one (1) year of experience in professional case management behavioral health services or a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and (2) years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
Additional Factors for Consideration:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license. NCBH offers excellent benefits & retirement packages.
Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
