OMES is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician II. This is an unclassified position in state government, located in Oklahoma City. Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide maintenance support for various buildings managed by OMES Office of Facilities Management (OFM).  Support may include scheduled preventative maintenance, on-site customer service, various inspections, and general work requests.

Duties & Activities
• Position shall assist with maintenance of multiple state buildings managed by OMES DCAM Office of Facilities Management.
• Perform complex maintenance and repair activities on major mechanical equipment with minimal supervision.
• Position shall be responsible for completion of assigned preventative maintenance activities on air handlers, pumps, motors and other associated HVAC equipment. 
• Event setups within OFM managed facilities to ensure occupant safety.
• Addresses other work requests as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED or two (2) years of experience in construction, maintenance or skilled building trade.
