Human Resources Manager

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is seeking a Human Resources professional to join the Human Resources Management team within Central Office, located in Oklahoma City, OK.  This position will plan, organize, direct and administer components of the ODMHSAS Human Resources program. This includes the completion of various human resources management activities and personnel actions, and the application of laws, rules and standards related to human resources, benefits and payroll administration.

Job Type/Salary: Full-time, M-F; $51,000 + annually

Bachelor’s degree and four years of professional experience in human resources administration, including one year in a supervisory capacity in the human resources management field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. NOTE: No substitution for the required supervisory experience.

Additional Factors for Consideration:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill all job-related travel normally associated with this position. Preference may be given to applicants with PHR/SPHR certification.
