Triage Coordinator- Integrated Mobile Response

Work for a facility that makes a difference in people’s lives!!  Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) is currently recruiting for a Triage Coordinator to provide management and coordination of the Integrated Mobile Response Team for Cleveland and McClain Counties. 

The person selected for this position will coordinate a 24 hour, 365 day response to crisis situations involving children, adolescents, and adults in two counties. 

Examples of duties include: Planning, organizing, and evaluating the work of the Integrated Mobile Response Team; including development and implementation of policy and procedures and program evaluation and quality improvement. Ensuring clinical services provided by assigned staff meet compliance requirements of accreditation and governing bodies and purchasers of services. Performing face-to-face assessment, counseling and crisis intervention. Identifying staff training needs; plans, presents and/or schedules training to meet needs. Establishing, maintaining, and promoting the relationship and communications between the facility, the community, other agencies and community resources.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Requires a license as a Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and experience managing mental health crisis situations across the lifespan.  Candidates should have extensive knowledge of community resources and have the ability to develop and maintain strong community coalitions.

Education and Experience: 
Completion of the curriculum requirements of a master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or closely related behavioral science field and three (3)  years of professional experience including one (1) year of supervisory experience; Incumbent must possess a license as a LPC, LCSW, LADC-MH, LMFT or similar license in the behavioral health field.

Annual Salary: $47,000.00
