This position is located in the Southwest Regional Office (SWRO) in Duncan, OK.

**Duncan, Oklahoma is a temporary location.  The OSBI intends to establish the Southwest Regional Office in Lawton, Oklahoma, within the next five(5) years.

1.Utilize knowledge of the procedures and techniques of business communications; of spelling, punctuation, business English, and office methods and computer operations and of business arithmetic and public relations.
2.Skill is required to type accurately from a plain copy at a rate of forty words per minute.
3.Reviews investigative reports, prosecutorial reports, intelligence reports and other memoranda, correspondence, and special reports for spelling, punctuation, and proper format.
4.Ability is required to handle confidential work with tact and discretion; to exercise judgment in interpreting and applying rules or policy; and to establish and maintain working relationships with others.

Successful applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen, polygraph examination, psychological evaluation (commissioned positions only), and a thorough background investigation.  Certain events automatically disqualify an applicant, such as, felony conviction; admission of an undetected crime that, if known, would have been a felony charge; failure to pay federal or state income tax; positive confirmed drug urine test; illegal use of a controlled substance within certain time frames.


Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities for performing confidential secretarial duties for an agency official or administrator.


Level II:
At this level employees perform confidential secretarial work for a mid-level manager.


Level II:  
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of three years of clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
