Under direction, supervises Motor Vehicle Dispatchers in the Main Office Building garage. Schedules daily pool car assignments and routine vehicle maintenance tasks.

Supervises the transportation of District officials, employees and visitors and documents as required.
Verifies authorization to use District pool vehicles and supervises the parking of District and private vehicles in Main Office Building Garage.
Supervises and performs day-to-day maintenance of vehicles as needed, including changing tires and monitoring fluid levels; arranges for servicing and washing; identifies and requests necessary vehicle repairs; maintains records relating to vehicle maintenance.
Supervises cleaning and organization of garage area.
Prepares the monthly reports on pool car vehicles relating to maintenance and condition.
Other Job Functions
Ensures adherence to vehicle warranty requirements.
Assists in parking of vehicles.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work is performed in a parking garage setting and may involve exposure to a variety of operating mechanical equipment, loud noises, noxious odors and a variety of weather conditions. Work requires the operation of a motor vehicle.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Graduation from a standard senior high school or the equivalent and one year of experience in organizing and operating a high volume parking garage.
One year of service with the District as a Motor Vehicle Dispatcher.
Civil service status as a Motor Vehicle Dispatcher.
