Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. The pay range reflects the entry level and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade.
**A starting salary may be negotiated and will be commensurate with education, training and experience in alignment with pay administration policies and MCCP Board Rules & Regulations**
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or
Public Administration, Marketing or related field and three (3) or more years
of experience working with a nonprofit or as a community liaison to ensure that
the mission is fulfilled through programs and services, strategic planning and
community outreach.
NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
Must work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Must
have and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as
needed to travel to various locations to conduct neighborhood meetings and
training. Physical ability to lift equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds as
needed to prepare and conduct meetings and training.
