Montgomery City County Personnel

The fundamental reason this position exists is to assist the Director of Parks and Recreation in managing programs, events, services, maintenance, and resources within the Parks and Recreation Department.  Responsibilities will include developing, implementing and evaluating the Department’s programming, events and services.  The employee will report directly to the Director of Parks and Recreation.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration or closely related field. Must have four (4) years of parks and recreation managerial and supervisory experience equivalent to a division head.  

NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
