The fundamental reason this position exists is to serve customers on the Riverboat. The essential functions of this classification are: prepares and serves alcoholic beverages and serves food items; cleans and maintains the kitchen and dining area; and performs inventory and cashier duties. The Riverboat Food and Beverage Steward is supervised by the Events Coordinator.
At least six months of alcoholic beverage preparation and six months of waiting on tables at a eating or drinking establishment.
NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
