Nature of Work

This is simple cooking work in a kitchen.  Employees prepare one or several parts of a complete meal under the general supervision of a Supervisor, who weighs out food and directs its preparation.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in cooking on a large scale basis; and completion of the eighth grade.

NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
