is advanced-level executive support position performing a full range of
administrative procedures. Position
provide direct support to the Airport Executive Director performing a variety
of work responsibilities including budget preparation
and control, office management, payroll, contract
management, purchasing, personnel actions, generating and maintaining reports
and record keeping.

This position reports to the Airport Executive
Director and interacts extensively with the airport authority senior staff MGM
Board of Directors.
Must have a Bachelor's
degree in aviation management, business management or closely related field and
three (3) years of advanced administrative experience to include payroll,
budgeting, personnel actions, purchasing and supporting upper level
A technical Certification in
Office Administration or closely related area may substitute for one (1) year
of experience and is preferred.
NOTE: Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the
requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
Must submit to a 10-year employment and criminal
background check to satisfy Federal Aviation Administration requirements.
