Introduction
Maryland Public Television, commonly known as MPT, is a public television network that broadcasts throughout the entire state of Maryland and the District of Columbia and into parts of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. MPT is Maryland's only statewide broadcaster. Headquartered in Owings Mills, MPT is a member of the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and is a producer of both locally and nationally distributed TV programs and digital content.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Note:
Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to two years of the required experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with prospect management and research tools and methods
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace applications and donor management database systems
- A self-starting work style, experience using data and best practices to drive decision making, and comfort in an atmosphere of continuous change and improvement
- Must be highly organized to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with the flexibility to address unexpected requests
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, analytical ability and attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal skills, including being an enthusiastic team player and active listener who works well with a wide range of internal and external constituents
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or other donor management systems to track and analyze donor data.
