MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school
equivalency certificate.
Experience:
- Seven years of experience in banking, financial operations or treasury Services
- Three years in a senior leadership role
- Two years of experience with federal or state tax law and administration

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information systems, or a related field. MBA Strongly preferred.
- Experience with CRM platform
- Proven track record of managing high-volume, high-value transaction environments
- Knowledge of transaction monitoring, fraud prevention tools, and real-time reconciliation systems
- Experience managing audit processes and internal controls
- Strong people management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams and drive process improvements
- Excellent strategic thinking and crisis management capabilities
- Experience working with software development processes related to financial operations
- Strong communication skills
