Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare support, training, or operations role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, and Calendar)
- Experience developing training content or user guides, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Understanding of healthcare workflow, terminology, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), familiarity with TJC
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users, work with cross-functional teams, including clinical, administrative, and IT personnel
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Certification in Lean Sigma
