Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Manages and plans for all mandated for all mandated services for both Child Welfare and Adult Services in accordance with federal, state, local and agency guidelines.
- Ensures policies, procedures, guidance and standards for program delivery and effectively implemented within the unit and in service delivery to customers through the use of appropriate quality assurance methods.
- Leads and supervises staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services while coaching and developing them to achieve individual, team and organizational goals in alignment with policies and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership, internal and external partners/stakeholders e.g. county and state officials, local department of social services, and community partners.
- Allocates fiscal and human resources to ensure all programs responsibilities are managed and implemented effectively.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years experience in Child Welfare within the public sector.
- Three years experience in leading diverse teams.
- Three years experience in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Three years experience in Child, Juvenile Adult Management system (CJAMS).
