Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Communicate directives from the Unit Managers & Supervisors to staff within Adult, Family and Children Services referencing Transfer Cases; send out transfer; manage tasks assigned by the supervisor; review, verify cases to be assigned in CJAMS. Interpret information by utilizing knowledge of agency policies and procedures to determine appropriate procedures have been followed and assigned cases appropriately.
- Review and ensures case compliance in order for the records to be forwarded to closed records on Preston Street on youth aging out of BCDSS; keep accurate case transfers logs/spreadsheets & court reports updated, caseloads numbers must be monitored and Unit Managers as well as Program Manager's must be kept abreast of all assignments incoming and outgoing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Seven years of experience, three years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute graduate level education at an accredited college or university in a human services related field at the rate of 30 credit hours per year for up to six years of the required experience.
3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military experience as a commissioned officer in Administrative Officer classifications or Administrative Officer specialty codes in the General, Administrative, Clerical and Office Services field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

One year experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
One year experience collecting and analyzing data.
One year experience with case management and handling caseloads.
One year experience interpreting agency policies and procedures.
