Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Collaboration and Data Integration
- Maintain effective partnerships with SSA, FIA, and CSA program leads to ensure that system-level performance data informs workforce development efforts.
- Lead the development of core competencies associated with the practice models of SSA, FIA, and CSA.
- Ensure that staff at all levels, including provider agencies and community partners, acquire necessary skills to apply these models effectively.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives that span the scope of all three program areas, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Child and Adult Welfare Training
- Design and facilitate training programs for child and adult welfare staff, ensuring that these programs meet the evolving needs of the DHS workforce.
- Implement mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of these training programs, ensuring continuous improvement based on feedback and quality assurance indicators.
- Executive Leadership and Representation Stakeholder Engagement
