Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Providing analysis, advice and support to the Commission on matters pending before it and on matters before other State and federal regulatory agencies;
- Reviewing, evaluating and providing analysis of applications, transactional documents, testimony and pleadings submitted to the Commission;
- Preparing draft Commission orders;
- Providing oral and written briefings on matters of interest to the Commission; and
- Litigating cases in State and federal courts, and appearing before the federal regulatory agencies; and
- Other duties as assigned.
