Department of Juvenile Services - Information Technology Unit
Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The desired candidate should possess the following:
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and resolution.
- Experience with Maryland’s Child, Juvenile, and Adult Management System (CJAMS).
- Experience developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Experience in identifying and implementing changes to ensure continued compliance with internal and external regulations, laws, and policies.
