Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this position is the full performance level of work planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks to include operating systems software and network communications software. This position also performs risk management functions which include facility maintenance and building issues that affect the day to day operations of the agency. This employee is also expected to respond to shelter activation if the county is required to open a shelter.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following preferred qualification(s). Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications.
One year experience installing, repairing and troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and/or other network equipment.
One year experience providing onsite and remote technical support.
One year experience maintaining an inventory of information technology and/or non IT items.
Six Months Experience utilizing a VOIP Telephone System.
