Main Purpose of Job

This position serves as the Chief of Compliance and Integrity and provides management in the office of the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner.

POSITION DUTIES

 

Independently plan, develop, and conduct analysis of the Agency’s processes and procedures; formulate reports from findings; and make routine recommendations to the Senior leadership based on the findings.   

Prepare management tools such as procedural manuals, statistical reports, work-flow charts, process improvement charts, written instructions, checklists, revised forms and performance metrics for the evaluation of internal processes.     

Provides key recommendations to Senior leadership for Process Improvements to assist the Agency with achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance within its facility's operational processes   

Advises the Senior Leadership on any concerns regarding statements of work, project implementation, invoices, progress reports, and/or any other issues that could impact grant funded projects and established deadlines

Grants, contract and project management

 

Overseeing compliance with the requirements of a Consent Decree establishing goals, standards, and controls to assure reporting requirements with Inmate Health Services.

 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, criminal justice, law, industrial and labor relations or public administration.  

Five years experience in program management, policy development and/or grants or contract

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience developing PowerPoint presentations, data and trend analysis, workflow analysis, and providing managerial outcomes and decisions for the Division.
