Supplemental Questionnaire -- MAINTENANCE

This position requires the ability to work a rotating shift, including weekends and holidays. Shifts may be as long as 8 hours, begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and end as late as 10:00 p.m. Are you able to meet this requirement?
