Supplemental Questionnaire -- MAINTENANCE

This position requires the ability to work a rotating shift, including weekends and holidays. Shifts may be as long as 8 hours, begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and end as late as 10:00 p.m. Are you able to meet this requirement?

Seasonal Maintenance work requires the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, climb ladders, clean public restrooms and operate equipment. Are you able to meet these requirements?
