Do you have three (3) years of experience examining, analyzing and interpreting accounting systems, records and reports by applying generally accepted accounting principles? 

 If so, please explain, in detail, your experience (i.e. financial statements, general ledger, use of accounting systems, financial reconciliations, month/ year end close, variance analysis, etc.) include dates of employment and name of employer(s).  If you do not possess this experience, indicate N/A.
