Main Purpose of Job
This is a professional position responsible for the supervision of staff in the Germantown DORS office to ensure that a comprehensive service delivery system is provided to support the achievement of employment outcomes by individuals with disabilities.
POSITION DUTIES
Plans, develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive service delivery system; provides supervision, direction, and training to staff and evaluates performance; manages budget and program activities; reviews and approves services for clients in accordance with established policies; facilitates working relationships with agencies, businesses, and organizations; serves as a resource of information about employers and employment opportunities and initiates activities to foster community awareness and employment of individuals with disabilities.
