LOCATION OF POSITION
MDH, Allegany County Health Department, Cumberland, MD
Main Purpose of Job
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of health or human services professional experience, including 3 of which must have been in professional work related to treatment and services to persons with alcohol or other substance addiction, and 2 of which must have been at the managerial or supervisory level.
Qualified candidates must possess an active license as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and possess a supervisor reference number (as an Approved Supervisor) from the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
This is a Management Service position, and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority. A resume must accompany your application.
