Loudoun County Government is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Labor Relations Manager. Job Summary: As a Labor Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the County's Labor Relations program within the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic consultation and expert advisory services to the HR Director and other County executives. You will serve as a high-level advisor on labor relations and negotiations with certified employee bargaining units, proposals regarding pay, benefits, and working conditions, contract and employment-related grievances, allegations of unfair labor practices, and other labor relations issues.

Bachelor's degree in Labor/Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field, with five (5) years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. OR Juris Doctor or Master's degree in one of the disciplines above, with three (3) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
Skills and Abilities:
Certifications and Special Requirements: Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) from the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA) preferred.
Pass criminal and credit background checks. DMV check required (driving record will be reviewed annually for continued qualification).
