Loudoun County's Department of Information Technology is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Enterprise Systems.
Loudoun County Government is seeking a strategic information technology leader who wants to be part of a dynamic leadership team as the Assistant Director for Enterprise Systems. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented manager and strategic leader who inspires creative problem-solving and an excellent customer service mentality from his or her team. The future Assistant Director will share a passion for advancing the role of technology in supporting the mission of Loudoun County Government.

Loudoun County Regular Full-time Employees are eligible for full benefits including but not limited to the following as a part of a total rewards package:
Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in business, public administration, and/or information systems and five (5) years of experience leading Information Technology programs and staff, including at least three (3) years' experience leading Information Technology projects requiring organizational transformation, preferably in a local government environment.
This position is an executive level position and is expected to work outside of normal business hours when necessary, as determined by the Director or Deputy Director.
CJIS/fingerprint criminal background check, credit check and DMV driving record check will be conducted on the successful candidate.
