We are seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Recreation Center Operations Manager. Under the general direction of the designated supervisor will manage the facility operations and maintenance work plan to ensure efficient and effective building operations and maintenance, and customer satisfaction by providing a safe clean, secure, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Manages expenditure budget, ensuring program needs are met and all purchasing is completed within established policies and procedures. A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and motivation. PRCS serves a diverse population including but not limited to youth, adults, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*A flexible schedule will be required, including early mornings, days, nights, and weekends to oversee program needs*
Salary commensurate with experience.

Bachelor's degree; three (3) years of related work experience in recreation programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
