Job Description

The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney is looking for qualified paralegals working in a high-volume office to assist in maintaining and organizing files, drafting documents and conducting legal research. The paralegals will assist the attorneys in the preparation of case files.

Salary Commensurate with Experience

Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree focused on paralegal coursework preferred); two (2) years of related paralegal work experience in a law office or government setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements

Hold or obtain a paralegal certification within six (6) months of hire; hold or obtain a notary certification within three (3) months of hire. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish preferred.
