Come be a part of something that matters! We are seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Facility Supervisor.

In addition to performing opening and closing sites, ideal candidates will supervise participants and provide substitute coverage for preschools, indoor and outdoor activities, and summer camps. Schedule facility rentals and assist with special events. Assist with setting up and cleaning up the facility before and after events.

A successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual that work's well in a team environment, adapts to change, and works well with children. PRCS serves a diverse population including but not limited to youth, adults, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.

We are currently hiring at the following locations:

  • Philomont Community Center, Philomont, VA 
  • Loudoun Valley Community Center, Purcellville, VA. 
  • Sterling Community Center, Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Oversees use of center and facility grounds and maintains community center facility. 
  • Performs daily site and maintenance checks. 
  • Assist customers with class registrations, payments, and facility reservations. 
  • Provides substitute coverage in preschool, childcare, and summer camp programs.

* Schedule may change with location. Successful candidates must be willing to work a very flexible work schedule; to include 7am -9pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 9am-5pm.*

Salary commensurate with experience

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months experience supervising children during recreational or educational activities.

Special Requirements


  • Bilingual: Spanish/English

Post Conditional Offer Contingencies

  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record. 
  • Criminal background check. 
  • Child Protective Services (CPS) check. 
  • First Aid, CPR for adult, infant and child required within 30 days of hire. 
  • Negative TB test within 30 days of hire and each year thereafter. 
  • Have or take OSHA (Bloodborne pathogens) training within 30 days of hire. 
  • MAT training within 90 days of hire.
