Job Description
The Loudoun County Department of Economic Development is currently seeking a talented, highly motivated individual to serve as the Real Estate Intelligence Manager in a dynamic department supporting economic development in one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation. The position serves as a department representative to the commercial broker, real estate, and development community. Skills and abilities required include real estate market and inventory research; site selection assistance for clients via web-based tools, marketing collateral, and in-person meetings; advising on commercial real estate trends; managing broker/developer outreach program; providing presentations, conducting tours and representing the county as a commercial land expert to special groups; providing real estate ombudsman assistance; write referrals on land use applications and participating on interdepartmental economic forecasting efforts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban/Regional Planning, or related field; four (4) years of related work experience including professional research, analysis, and working with CoStar; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hiring Range: $64,384.77- $88,529.06

Special Requirements
Strong advisory and communication skills. Ability to adjust to a variety of situations including communication with businesses, governmental officials, and citizens. Strategic thinker capable of synthesizing information from many sources and ability to communicate and advise both internal and external audiences. Experience with CoStar, ArcGIS, and/or other land management information systems preferred. Relevant professional certifications include CEcD and CCIM.
