This newly created position provides clinical oversight and contract management to organizations providing mental health and developmental services in residential settings across Loudoun County. Job Description

The Residential Contracts Manager (RCM) provides clinical oversight to organizations contracted by Loudoun County to provide community-based residential services to people with serious mental illness, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

The position links individuals to service providers, establishes new community partnerships, and acts as a liaison between vendors and MHSADS staff. The RCM is a member of the MHSADS Residential Management Team and contributes to workgroups and committees on local and state levels. The clinician in this position understands and interprets the guidelines set forth by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health, and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDS), Department of Medicaid Assistance Services (DMAS) and other regulatory guidelines for residential services while providing oversight, support, and guidance regarding compliance and budgeting as outlined in contracts and service agreements.

 Hiring salary is commensurate with experience

 

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; one (1) year of professional experience in mental health, substance use disorder, and/or developmental and intellectual disabilities treatment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidate must be in pursuit of or registered as a Resident by a Virginia licensing board including LCSW, LPC, LCP, or LMFT - or - have a valid license in good standing and must qualify to register with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) within six (6) months of hire.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check to include fingerprinting, NCIC, credit, DMV and TB test. Must have a valid driver's license in Virginia or regional state of residence.
