PRCS is currently seeking qualified applicants for Maintenance Workers, primary locations are in the central and western areas and may occasionally work throughout the county.
The Maintenance division provides support to multiple areas within the department such as mowing, ballfield maintenance and renovation, equipment repairs, facility maintenance, emergency response, special event support, and special projects. If you enjoy working outdoors with a dedicated staff, are knowledgeable of the practices and techniques of ballfield maintenance, grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, building maintenance, and share a desire to make a difference then this could be the position you've been looking for.

-Groundskeeping, painting, and general carpentry
-Provide support for special events
-Assist with emergency response and snow removal
-Perform other maintenance duties as assigned
Successful candidates will understand that:
-Service demands require a flexible work schedule to include early morning, evening, and weekend hours.
-Physical effort is required, regularly working with medium-to-heavy materials and occasionally with heavy materials over 60 pounds
-They will be subject to call for Essential 24-hour operations
