The Loudoun County Treasurer's Office is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for a Reconciliation Manager. The Treasurer's Office is responsible for all bank account reconciliations for the Loudoun County and Loudoun County Public Schools. This position is responsible for completing and overseeing the monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, revenue, operating and payroll accounts for both the County and Loudoun County Public Schools. Manages overall division activities and monitors progress.
This position will be responsible for implementing of internal controls, operational policies, and process for the Reconciliation Team. Oversees the ERP system for account reconciliations and provides process improvements. Essential functions will include:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer services skills, be proficient in math, experienced in 10-key, and be detailed oriented. Excellent multi-tasking skills are a must, along with being able to handle a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment. This position requires proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications, as well as the use of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
