Effective February 7, 2022, as a condition of employment with Loudoun County, all General Workforce employees and employees of certain Constitutional Officers will be required to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing. Employees may choose to opt out of the weekly testing requirement if they are fully vaccinated and submit their proof of vaccination through the County’s secure portal.
Unvaccinated employees who have been infected with COVID-19 within the past 90 days will be temporarily exempt from the weekly testing requirements. To obtain this temporary exemption from the weekly testing requirement, employees must provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test that occurred within the past 90 days through the County’s secure portal.
