JOB OVERVIEW

The Parking Attendant will be responsible for safely directing drivers of vehicles to parking spots in and around Raymond James Stadium and to provide a superior experience to the tenants and guests of Raymond James Stadium.

In addition, the Parking Attendant will follow the Authority operational policies and procedures designed to promote efficiency of operation, quality of service and a safe work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of the 9th grade.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in an outdoor, sub-tropical environment

  • Knowledge in all event operational rules, procedures, and programs

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

  • Directs vehicles to parking spaces in parking lots in and around Raymond James Stadium during events.
  • Provides excellent customer service by interacting with the general public in a friendly, courteous, cooperative, and professional manner. 
  • Performs other related duties as required.
