Performs duties analyzing, evaluating and servicing telecommunication needs of departments and agencies. Reviews technical requirements for various telephony systems and services and establishes service orders. May act as project team lead for telephony related projects and programs.
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems or a closely related Telecommunications technology field; and
Or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job related competencies noted.
