JOB OVERVIEW

The Support Services Coordinator is responsible for leading special projects and programs within the department. These may include but are not limited to operations of specialized election equipment (Relia-Vote), developing processes and procedures, training and coordinating permanent and temporary staff, implementation of new products and services, and back-up to management on daily tasks and supervision of staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

  • Assists with establishing and administering plans, policies, and procedures for training temporary workers whose responsibilities are to perform technical functions associated with operating the Relia-Vote system.
  • Responsible for the setup and configuration of the Relia-Vote system to include associated Relia-Vote system devices.
  • Periodically inspects Relia-Vote system and completes or schedules necessary repairs. 
  • Supports agency printing needs, including ordering supplies, trouble shooting equipment, and scheduling service calls.
  • Provides immediate trouble shooting on Relia-Vote system, software, firmware and other associated Relia-Vote system devices.
  • Leads special projects for the department, under the direction of the Manager.
  • Develops operational and technical processes and procedures.
  • Trains permanent and temporary staff on the operation of technical equipment and department processes.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
