Performs highly specialized, independent studies and analyses to develop improved managerial policies, practices, methods, procedures and organizational structures. Duties involve the conduct of detailed reviews of department/agency organization structures, procedures and operating systems using advanced systems analyses methods and, from these reviews, the development and introduction of more efficient and effective management methods, to include the introduction or revision of automated systems. Duties are performed under the general supervision of an immediate supervisor who evaluates performance by observation of work, critiques, and/or records and reports.
Graduation from an accredited four year degree granting college or university; and
Or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below.
