An Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in an information technology field; and
Two years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting diverse information technology systems including personal computing devices, peripherals, and office productivity software applications.
Or any combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below.
